TIMC Corporate Solution is the CRM system that automates the documents flow for INVESTOR IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS company (TIMC). It can be accessed using a web interface or a TIMC Outlook Plugin. Microsoft Internet Information Server is used as the web server although a web server from Apache may be used. Microsoft Exchange is used as the email server.

CRM System provides the following features:

• User Authentification;
• Flexible configuration of resource access permissions;
• Detailed information on company's clients as well as the client's current immigration status;
• Search for clients using all possible criteria;
• Archiving of client's documents including email correspondence;
• Calendar and Event Scheduler;
• Sales Officer trip reports;
• KPI (Key Performance Indicator);
• local chat between company's staff;
• Fax creation based on data stored in the database;
• Email correspondence using prdefined email templates;
• Upload of documents that are shared between the company's employees
• Printable version of all pages.

Besides a web interface, clients and users can use the powerful TIMC Outlook plugin that allows to park the complete client's correspondence (email, fax, attachments, other data) that will be stored in the database.
