Investit 

The project "Investit" includes 6 separate Java applications intended for processing Income and Expense Statements for income producing properties, determining the total development cost and profit, etc. The web version of the applications is represented with Java Applets and the server part is represented with Java Servlets.

The project is being developed by using our own original technology containing the following features: serialization, cloning, checking safety type, possibility of working with treelike and table type of data, uploading/downloading into/from distributed data storage (XML file, WML file, SQL server, flat file) and RTTI. The technology contains a set of visual Beans that has been developed according to the standard specification. The JAVA Beans have already implemented a possibility to have an encapsulated connection in the data storage and bind to a data storage which is done during the visual design or run time.
