Company started to develop Welcome One - a system to manage customer relationship by rewarding customers on certain occasions (e.g. welcome new customers). Another potential application is for rewarding employees, e.g. when a sales employee wins a new contract.

The system will be used by loyalty manufactory to send incentive codes to about 1000 potential customers in whole Germany (business to business). These customers are employees of companies in the area of energy, banking and insurance. They can redeem this incentive codes and choose from a choice of rewards.

In summary the purpose of the system is to win new customers in the end who wish to setup projects with Welcome One company.

Development of OfficioOnline project is coming to the final steps. Development team started testing process.

Client’s data was optimized, developed a cache system, which is called to cache maximum of possible information to economy time and resources.

Company starts developing Gold web-shop project, which allows users to order gold and silver bars. The fundamental idea behind this site is that the entire process from purchasing to physical storage and delivery should has to be safe for all persons at all times.

Shop will provide such functionality:

• Fast and user-friendly order process

• Passport/bank statements validation system
• Bank accounts validation system
• Money depot on the site (user can replenish/withdraw funds by bank transfer or automatic iDEAL deposit)
• Instant notification of the user about order status (e-mail, private message from system, sms)
• Users management. Accessing to any part of the web site restricted by roles
• Full orders management process for shop administrators
• Automatic update of gold/silver prices, based on London Stock Exchange prices fluctuation

Developed a module, which provides a possibility to use Adobe PDF forms, which can be used to communicate with the web site, synchronize and submit client's information. PDF forms were created with using Adobe Acrobat Professional and JavaScript for Acrobat.

Realized synchronization between PDF-forms and client profile, which allows user to edit his profile data directly from PDF-forms.

Also developed a possibility to export client info into Excel, PDF and other types of files.
